We aren't big seafood eaters, but a friend made this grilled fish for us, and we couldn't believe how wonderful it was!

The ingredients needed to make Grilled fish:
  1. Make ready 2 pcs tilapia fish
  2. Prepare Garlic & ginger paste ½tsp each

  5. Get Mint leaves 1tbsp(dry)
  6. Take 2 pcs Lemon
  7. Take Onions 1medium size
  8. Get Green bell 1medium size
  9. Take Cabbage 1cup (slice)
  10. Make ready Irish potatoes 3large size

Instructions to make Grilled fish:
  1. Wash and marinate ur fish wt Maggi,garlic,ginger,attarugu and half tbsp of mint leaves,close d marinate fish in to d foil paper(which u already layed ur slice lime on it) and allow to sit for 40munites to 1hr.
  2. Heat ur oven and place d fish on d oven tray and bake for 30munites
  3. Fry your potatoes
  4. After grilling serve d fish,cabbage and potatoes and garnish wt lime,mint leaves and green bell

Certain fish are better left to the indoor chef and alternative cooking methods. Grilling Fish on a Plank The easiest method of all is to grill your fish on a plank. A plank is simply a slab of wood, usually cedar, but sometimes oak, maple, cherry or apple. After soaking the plank for a couple of hours, simply brush the top with oil, lay it on the hot grill grate and place the fish on top. Swordfish is my favorite type of fish for grilling!
