- If you choose to pan grill it I would advise to flatten the meat so it cooks evenly throughout. A rolling pin can be used if a meat hammer is not available. Wrap the meat inside another bag in case the bag breaks then wrap the bag in a tea towel to prevent the bag from splitting.
- Spray the grill pan with frylite or olive oil, allow to come to medium to high temperature and then grill the meat for 5-8 minutes per side or until its fully cooked through.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve
