- Peel and cut plantain into medium cubes. Add into a boiling pot with coconut milk. Pour in all the seasoning, black and fried yellow pepper, salt crayfish and dried shrimps
- Allow to cook on medium heat and shake pot gradually or stir gently.. Once plantain is cooked and Pottage is forming, pour in the fresh shrimps and smoked fish.
