  33. Prepare 2-3 boiled and mashed potatoes
  34. Get Salt as per taste
  35. Prepare 1/4 tsp Ginger Chopped
  36. Take 1 tsp Mustard oil
  37. Take Tomato chokha:
  38. Take 2-3 big size tomatoes (roasted peeed and mashed)

  40. Get 1/4 tsp Red chilli Powder

Litti basically consists of wheat and sattu (powdered gram )formed into balls with spices, and then dipped in ghee (clarified butter).   8. Take a Mixing bowl. Add all ingredients
  9. Mix it very well with the help of palm
  10. When looks it crumble then add some water and knead a soft dough
  11. Cover the dough with wet cloth or lid.Keep aside for 30 minutes
  12. Prepare stuffing:
  13. Take a bowl.Add all ingredients of stuffing and mix it very well with the help of palm.
  14. Put some water in it.
  15. Because of Sattu stuffing mixture should not be too dry or too wet.
  16. If the mixutre is too dry, then the dryness is felt when eating litti. Stuffing will be little crumbly.
  17. After 30 minutes, divide the dough into 9 equal parts and roll them into balls.
  18. Now take a ball, Flatten the dough in your plam and make a shallow cup.
  19. Now put the 2 tspn. stuffing mixture and little press.
  20. Lift the edeges if the dough and close it properly. Roll it into a ball.
  21. Preheat an Airfryer to 180 celsius. Apply some ghee on top of littis. Arrange one batch of littis.1. Bake for 15-20 minutes untill brown in clour.Flip the littis upside down and Bake for another 10 minuts.
  22. They should be evenly browned from all sides.
  23. Now remove the baked littis and hold with a long and roast them over direct flame so that brown spots appear all over them.
  24. Coat the litti evenly with ghee and keep them in a serving plate. Litti are ready to serve.

The Pitthi(stuffing) to be filled in it is made with Sattu and Litti is eaten with brinjal bharta or mashed potato.
