Litti basically consists of wheat and sattu (powdered gram )formed into balls with spices, and then dipped in ghee (clarified butter).   2. Take brinjle roast it on fire and tomatoes also roast on fire
  3. Now peel brinjle and tomatoes potatoes and mash all very well and mix together add 1 tsp mustard oil, salt to taste chopped, green chilly, chopped coriander leaves mix together your chokha is ready
  4. Now take a another bowl put roasted gram powder,1 tsp mustard oil and mango pickle masala, little salt, lemon juice, grated ginger green chilly, coriander leaves, take 1 tbs water and mix all together. This is the filling of litti
  5. Now make small small balls with wheat dough and spread 1 ball on your palm fill with filling that we made and again make ball with that make all like balls like that
  6. We can cook litti on fire and electric tandoor also I cooked on fire when littti comes in golden color it is ready to eat pour in pour ghee and serve with chokha

The Pitthi(stuffing) to be filled in it is made with Sattu and Litti is eaten with brinjal bharta or mashed potato.
