Hello friend welcome to my channel Today I'm going to make fried litti recipe Ye khane me bahut testy aur jaldi ban bhi jata hai, to aaiye iska ingredients. Litti, along with chokha, is a complete meal originated from the Indian state of Bihar.
Steps to make Fried Litti:
- First make dough. for that take wheat flour in a bowl and add oil, salt ajwain, kalonji, baking soda and mix it.
- Add water to make soft dough. let it rest for sometime.
- Meanwhile prepare the stuffing.
- For that take sattu in a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, onions, black salt, coriander, green chilli, pickle masala, mustard oil and mix all nicely to form stuffing.
- Add sprinkles of water in stuffing if it's too dry to stuff.
- Now stuff all dough balls with this filing and seal it nicely to make smooth ball shape.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry all stuffed balls till golden crisp.
- When small cracks appears on it, it is done. take them out on a tissue paper.
- Now serve it with baigan tamatar aloo mix chokha, onion rings, and fried chilis.
