- For green chicken tikka marination:-take a bowl add chicken,yoghurt,Coriander paste,lime juice,kasuri methi,1 egg,chicken tikka or tandoori masala,garam masala,pinch of green colour,salt as per your taste..
- Put chicken on the skewers and apply a little butter on chicken..cook on a moderately hot tandoor or a preheated oven or preheated otg on 200° Celsius until it is cooked..served with green chutney or with tandoori salad..
