- Make ready 1 Tb spoon ginger garlic paste

- Get 200 g rice
- Take Santa garam masala (1 bari ellachi, 3long, 3-5 black pepper, 1 small piece of dar chenni)
Steps to make Chicken biryani:
- Marinate chicken with yoghurt,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt if needed, Shan biryani masala. For half an hour
- Chop onion and tomato. Add onion with oil in a pan. Let it soft a little and then add tomato and cover for two mins.
- Add marinated chicken and yoghurt in it.mix well. Cover it for 5-7 mins on low flame. Let it done and oil comes out.
- Boil water with salt, sabat garam masala, lemon juice. Boil rice in it. Cook it more till more soft till aik kani.
- Layer chicken masala then rice. Put colour green chillies and pieces of ginger, mint, golden onion and lemon peels. Then masala then rice. Dam dain 5-7 mints.
