- in a bowl mix the ground beef with the eggs, salt pepper and bread crumbs
- form your meatballs (i make them a little bit bigger then the size of a tangerine) then put them on a plate.
- get a large pan and slowly cover the bottom with the vegetable oil (very thin)
- cut up your onion very fine or use a grader/ chopper
- put meatballs in pan cooking on low until they are done (you can cut one to check when they are not pink in the middle anymore) add the chopped onions in the pan
- take meatballs out when done and set aside (but be sure to keep the same pan with the oils, onions and grease from the meatballs)
- in the pan with the grease, onions and oil still in there add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of bread crumbs
- stir and let come to a little boil (make sure the bread crumbs aren't lumpy) mix well
- add meatballs back to the pan and cook them in the gravy. the gravy should have the same density as regular gravy. if needed add more bread crumbs if its not thick enough or more water if its too thick
- cook on low for about 10 min and move the meatballs around a few times
- now your done and ready to eat. i like to cook some bowtie pasta mixed with butter or mashed potatoes and put the meatballs and gravy on top.
