After 2 minutes, when onion and garlic are fried, add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 3 tbsp hot garlic sauce, 1 tbsp barbeque sauce, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. After a minute, add chicken lollipop pieces. Add little water. Add 1 tsp chilli flakes. You can add 2 if you want it a little spicy.
  4. Let all the water dry. Add aluminium foil to the bone, Garnish some spring onions and serve.
