Put the ice, frozen pineapple, juice, coconut cream, and the white and dark rums into a blender. For a virgin Piña Colada, leave out the Coconut Rum. Combine rum, cream of coconut, pineapple, and ice in a blender. Puree on high speed until smooth.

  4. Boil rice till liquid are forming craters of bubbling liquid. Try some of the rice if its crunchy add water, if el dente add water in the rice. Cover, and remove from heat don't disturb for 15 minutes.
  5. Take a loaf pan, put margarine on sides and bottom of loaf pan. Pack the rice into pan and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 30 minutes.
