Steps to make Strawberry Cake:
- Take another bowl.Add water & vanilla Essence and white vinegar in it & pour it in the large bowl.

- Now pre - heat the oven @ 180 ℃ for about 10 mints.

- After pre - heating the oven bake the cake @ 180 ℃ for about 25 - 30 mints.
- Now take the cake out of the oven and cool it for about half an hour.
- Then take it out on a cake board.
- Now take 2 cups (200 ml each) Non - Dairy whipping cream. Beat it properly for about 10-12 mints.
- Now take the Sponge, Cut it in 3 equal layers with the help of bread knife.
- Now take a Cake Board, apply some cream on it. Keep the Middle Sponge,apply some sugar syrup on it. Apply some whipping Cream on it. And put some chopped strawberries on it.
- Then take the top layered Sponge and keep it on the whipping Cream. Apply some sugar syrup on it and put some whipping cream on it. And put some chopped strawberries on it.
- Then take the bottom layered Sponge. Keep it on the whipping cream. Put sugar syrup on it. And apply some whipping cream on it and cover the sides of the cake with whipping cream as well. (Crumb Coating Is Done.)
- Keep the Cake in the Fridge for about half an hour.
- After half an hour, take the Cake out of the Fridge. Apply some whipping cream with the help of Palette Knife on it.
- Now take some strawberries and whipping cream and decorate the cake as per your wish.
