Hello everybody, it is Brad, welcome to my recipe site. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, creme brulee. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Creme Brulee is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look wonderful. Creme Brulee is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook creme brulee using 5 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Creme Brulee:
  1. Prepare 2 Cups Cream
  2. Make ready 1/3 Cup Sugar
  3. Prepare 4 Egg Yolks
  4. Prepare 1/2 Pod Vanilla
  5. Prepare Water , boiling
Instructions to make Creme Brulee:
  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius
  2. Pour the cream into the saucepan and scrape out the vanilla bean into it (or substitute this with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract). Heat on low flame till it just bubbles (do not let it boil)
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar (do not over beat). To this, add 1 tbsp of the vanilla cream mixture so as to temper it.
  4. After mixing well, add the rest of the vanilla cream mixture
  5. Strain the above mixture into 4 ramekins or oven proof custard cups
  6. Lining a baking tray with wet paper towels and then keep the ramekins inside it (ramekins should not touch each other). Pour the boiling water into the tray, so that it fills upto half.
  7. Keep the water bath into the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30mts till the custard appears set.
  8. Take the ramekins out and cool for about 10mts. Pop the ramekins into the fridge and chill for about 3 to 4 hours
  9. After chilling, sprinkle a layer of powdered sugar over the top of the ramekins and caramelize the sugar with a small butane torch
