- Mix desiccated coconut into the cream and also add pineapple and coconut cream mixture. Mixed it.
- Pour it into air tight container. Freezed it for 6 to 7 hours. When it half set sprinkle some pineapple chunks on the top and freeze again. When it become freezed cut it into slices or scoop it. Yummmyyyy!
Pour into an ice cream maker. Pour in enough milk to reach the freezer line of the ice cream maker. Flushed with the success of an earlier creation, the no-churn margarita ice cream, I bring you the no-churn piña colada ice cream. Rich coconut, sharp pineapple, smooth cream: we are in business!
