- pour 4 oz of beer in a cup and pour it on chicken while it cooks about 1 hr
- place the can with remaining beer in chicken stand and place chicken over beer can inside the cavity
- cook till it reaches 165°F about 2 hrs at 250°F make sure theres no blood on the bone and serve
