- Get 1-2 tablespoons lime juice (to taste)
- Prepare 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped to finish just before service
I use low-sodium chicken broth and no-salt-added tomatoes and add a bit of salt to my soup so I can control the overall salt level. - Garnish- fried tortillas with a little chili powder, sour cream or cheddar are also nice:)
