- While carrots grill, combine vegetable bits, pepitas, spicy BBQ seasoning and about 1 tbsp of brown sugar with mortar & pestle.
- Pull carrots off grill. Brush a tiny bit of butter and add seasoning mix. Reserve a bit of seasoning to top dish with.
