Heat oil in skillet over medium-low heat, and add half of croquettes. Serve immediately with chicken cream sauce. For Chicken Cream Sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Gradually add chicken broth and stir until mixture is smooth and thick. Drain well and blot on paper towels.
