I tried beets for the first time as a child (fresh from the can!) only to take a rather lengthy hiatus while my taste buds. - Now in another pan heat oil. Add chopped garlic, onion, bell pepper and corn to it.keep stirring 10 minutes on high flame. Add salt to taste.
- Add this vegetables in the beet root sauce and also add cooked pasta mix it and serve hot.
Just blend tender cooked beets with ricotta and lemon juice and toss with hot pasta.
