  1. Prepare the chicken with lemon juice rubbed into the skin then add lemon pepper all over and a little Salt.rub all in.
  2. Add the chicken over the funnel thing(that's what I call it.) Put it over the funnel an press down til it's secured tight. The hole in the middle of the base you fill with water. It has holes so the chicken steams from the inside while the outside is crisp and browned. Sort of a Rotisserie chicken. Spread the garlic paste and lemon pepper, into the skin.   6. Add 1 Chicken stock cube and 1/2 Cup Water bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes add 1 tsp cornflour and mix to thicken the gravy like this is really lovely.
  7. Cut the chicken up or in half and serve with roast potatoes and veg and gravy.
