  4. Then the cooking starts. Slice your pepper up and start to cook it off on a medium to low heat, you want these sweated off gently so they're sweet and tender, it probably takes 10 mins or so.
  5. Then your steak, get a pan super hot, in with a bit of oil and in goes your steak. 2 mins on either side (or to your liking). And then let it rest a few mins. Before slicing and dicing into individual bite size pieces. You're ready to serve up your own chipotle bowl. Rice, peppers, guac and steak. Delicious.
  6. You can substitute the steak for any form of protein in chicken, pork, fish etc. Chilli sauce or Tabasco optional extras too🌶️
