- Then pour in the milk and peach syrup that you set aside earlier and mix well to make a thin watery batter. (some clumping is alright).
- Pour the batter over the very hot melted butter and sprinkle your peaches and raisins over the top.
- Bake for 1hr or until the batter rises around the peaches and the crust appears thick and golden brown. (Great served hot with vanilla bean ice cream. )
