- In the large sauce pan add the red curry paste to the stock from chicken and coconut milk.
- Add the veg and cook for a couple of minutes
- Add noodles and stir in chicken, bring to the boil
- Add coriander and 2 tbs of fresh lime juice and a dash of soya sauce
- Serve
