- Transfer it to a bowl & let it cool down. After cooling it will become more thick.Put it in a glass jar & cover with the lid tightly. Keep it in the fridge.
- Take a serving glass, add this pine apple crush Limca or soda.Mix well.Serve chilled.
The drink is topped with club soda, which keeps it refreshing during the hot summer months. Crush the mint, pineapple chunks and brown sugar in the bottom of a shaker. Add the rum and shake with ice. Strain in a highball glass filled with crusched ice. Complete with pineapple juice and stir.
