- Season the salmon with salt and pepper
- In a small bowl, mix honey, dijon mustard, whole grained mustard, brown sugar, juice of 1/4 lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper
- Brush your non stick skillet with a little bit of oil
- Heat the skillet over high heat
- Place the salmon in the skillet
- Flipp it after 2 minutes, and let it cook for 2 minutes more
- Turn off the heat
- Spread the mustard mixture over the top of salmon
- Cook it for 10 minutes more in the oven (150 degrees Celsius)

Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon skin side down in fry pan. You need to raise your hands to the roof on this recipe. It is seriously ridic and will make your kitchen smell like heaven! Yes there is totally a difference between farm raised salmon and wild caught stock eye salmon.
