- Prepare dough by mixing flour oil and salt. Add lukewarm water gradually. Set the dough aside for 10 minutes.
- Now combine boiled chicken with all the spices mentioned and soy sauce. Add cheese to it. Set aside.
- Now cut a round circle from your dough. Place the chicke batter over it then place another round of dough over it. A shape of a hat will form.
- Take a fork and press the edges of the hat. Put some egg wash over it and sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
- Deep fry in hot oil and keep on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with ketchup ❤
