- Add in the ginger and garlic paste and stir.
- Add chicken pieces and mix well to coat with all the spices. Cover and allow to cook on a slow to medium heat until colour changes.
- When chicken pieces change colour, add in the grated tomato, garam masala, corriander powder and salt and stir.
- Add water and allow to cook.
- When chicken is almost done, add in the almonds.
- Once cooked, drizzle over the toasted sesame seeds.
- Garnish with some choped fresh corriander leaves.
- Serve with rice, naan or bread and a side of salad. Enjoy !
