  8. Remove eggplants from the pan
  9. Add water to corn starch and add to the sauce
  10. Top each eggplant with the sauce

Add drained shrimp and stir-fry till fragrant. Mix dark soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and chicken powder in ¼ cup of water. Add the eggplant and mixed sauce into the wok. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the eggplant, chicken stock, and shrimp.
