Then add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir fry well. Add chicken leftover masala and stir well. Add beaten curd, stir well next add kasori methi, grind the garam masala, mix well and stir fry. Add chicken cubes, add cream and stir well until smooth gravy chicken. Then smoke coal and is ready to serve with paratha or naan.
