- Now in a big wok (daig) add 2 cup water and put a big grill or strainer with stand in it. Then put the marinated chicken on this grill.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 40-50 minutes and check after every 20 minutes.
- When the water is evaporated, add the other 1/2 kg yogurt to make gravy as well.
- When the chicken is done, remove it in a serving tray and add the left over gravy onto it.
- Serve with rice or naan, salad and raita.
