The ingredients needed to make Chicken Roast:
  1. Get Marination
  2. Prepare Half Chicken
  3. Prepare 2 Tablespoons black pepper
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup vinegar
  5. Take 1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt

  7. Make ready Half cup Oil
  8. Prepare 1 big Garlic
  9. Prepare 1 small onion
  10. Prepare 1 medium size Potato (cut into wedge / cube)

Instructions to make Chicken Roast:
  1. Marinate chicken with Salt, Vinegar, Black pepper for 4-5 hours. Take a pot, pour oil and add just marinated chicken and fry on high flame for few minutes and the slow down.
  2. Take one big garlic. Crush it in mortar and pestle with the skin and pour water and mash it and pour that water which is actually a garlic juice into the chicken followed by left over marination. And cover it for a while.
  3. Add all the vegetables in the chicken and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
  4. And it's done. Serve with Peas rice or Garlic rice with salad and Raita.
