- preheat oven 350°F
- the syrup…melt sugar and water over medium heat(dont stir)until golden yellow/brown.pour into flan pie pan coat botton and sides of your molding set aside…
- using a blender combine condense milk,egg,vanilla,sugar,and the fresh milk.blend well fir about 3 min. on a medium speed.
- pour the mixture into your flan pie molding with syrup.cover it with aluminum foil.
- place it into a large tin bakingdish containing 1liter of hot water bake for about 1 hour.
- remove from the oven and completely cool in room temperature.
- invert into platter….
- i prefer to eat it cold.putting inside the ref for about 30 minutes.done cooking…enjoy!!!
