- Once you have peeled your cabbage leaves cut out the hard core peaces off the leaves for easier rolling….grab your oven pan and add a little of the sauce to the bottom of the pan and use the peaces you cut off the leaves and lay them flat on top of the sauce
- Take a hand full of meat mixture and place it on the leave and roll it up and place in your oven pan
- Once you have finished rolling all your leaves pour the rest of your sauce on top and add the shredded cheese and cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes
