- Marinate the chicken with Curd, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, lime juice and let it rest in fridge for at least 1hr
- Meanwhile in little ghee roast 15 Cloves of garlic, 1 piece shredded ginger, all the other spices
- Add the tamarind paste to it and stir in 1 cup water
- Let it thicken.. Cool and grind it
- In little ghee cook the marinated chicken closed
- In another pan.. Heat Ghee throw the curry leaves and cook the grinded masala and jaggery and cook
- When the ghee separates add the cooked chicken and fry it in the masala
