  2. Take 1 cup beaten Yoghurt
  3. Take to taste Salt

  6. Get 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp crushed Kasoori Methi

  10. Take 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  11. Make ready 1/4 tsp Red food colour
  12. Get 2 Onions cut into cubes
  13. Make ready 1 green Capsicum cut into cubes
  14. Get 2 Tomatoes deseeded and cut into cubes
  15. Get 2 tbsp Oil for shallow frying

  17. Prepare 3 Lemon wedges

It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken baked using skewers on a brazier called angeethi after marinating in Indian spices and dahi (yogurt)—essentially a boneless version of tandoori chicken. The word tikka (Tike in Turkish, and Tikə in Azerbaijani) is.   6. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Add the onion cubes, green capsicum cubes, diced tomatoes and mix all the ingredients well.
  8. Cover the marinade with a lid and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  9. Take a kabab stick and make a string of tomato, onion, green capsicum and chicken.
  10. Continue stringing tomato, onion, capsicum and chicken to the rest of the chicken sticks in the same pattern.
  11. Take a non-stick grill pan, add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
  12. Place the chicken sticks on the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on medium flame.
  13. Turn the chicken tikka sticks and cook the other side too for 6-8 minutes.
  14. Keep turning and cook each side for 4-5 minutes on low flame until each side of the chicken is cooked well.
  15. When all the sides of the chicken tikka sticks are done well, switch off the flame and take them out.
  16. Serve them on a plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves, onion rings and lemon wedges.
  17. Enjoy as a starter with green chutney.
