Steps to make Tandoori Chicken:
  1. Wash chicken and discard all it's water properly.
  2. In a small bowl take 1/4 cup of red chilli powder add lemon juice(2 tsp) and oil(2 tbsp) and mix well to form a paste.Apply the marination on chicken pieces and keep in refrigerator for 30 mins.
  3. Prepare second marination take hangcurd + salt + tandoori masala + red colour + cumin powder + garam masala + kasturi methi powder and mix it well and apply on chicken pieces.
  4. Keep in refrigerator again for 1 hour.
  5. Then bake them in preheat oven @ 180° for 20 mins.
  6. Then take gas rack and place on a gas and cook the chicken pieces on it for that perfect grill effect.
  7. Serve tandoori chicken with onion lemon and Schezwan
