- In the meantime melt 50g butter and 20g sugar into a pan. Then add the corn flakes and the golden syrup and mix slowly so all flakes are coated.
- Take the tray out of the oven and add one spoonful of jam to each circle. Add a layer of cornflakes on top of the jam on some if you wish. Then put the tray back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove the tray and them to cool before serving. Best served with vanilla custard, enjoy ;)
