- Put oil and all spices with ginger garlic paste in a pan and keep on boil let nice aroma arise keep of flame add yogurt and mix well… let it cool apply on chicken pieces and pour all extra marinate on it and keep in fridge for 5hrs…. barbeque the chicken pieces wen done baste with the marinate and keep for few seconds only… basting is just for making the moistness and chatpataa masala on it….
- NB: You marinade the chicken and keep extra masala aside, add yogurt/dahi, paprika and lil salt in it, add oil and cook a bit then use this for topping
