  6. Open can of chipotle peppers & add with two tomatoes in blender & mix. If you want it less spicy add more tomatoes. The more tomatoes the less spicy.
  7. When done add into frying tan & stir.
  8. Heat for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve onto tostadas with sour cream & enjoy.
  10. You can also make tinga with white onion if you want. I like red onions better. Add some avocados & enjoy.

How to make the Chicken Tinga or Tinga de Pollo: Step one : Bring a pot of water and salt to a boil and add the chicken breast to cook. Allow the chicken breast simmer until is cooked through. Cook in a skillet or comal over medium heat until crispy. Top with Chicken Tinga and serve immediately. Final garnishes can include a squeeze of lime, hot sauce, or pickled onions.
