- Thread 6-8 pieces pork into skewer, brush it with remaining marinade and grill until golden brown.
- Serve with sweet soy sauce or peanut sauce, or both.
- For the sweet soy sauce: Grind some bird's eye chillies with shallots and combine with sweet soy sauce.
- For the Peanut Sauce: Grind red chilli with roasted fried peanut. Add water and stir well.
- Serve with rice or with cake rice or just eat like that.
