Instructions to make Falooda:
- Boil milk and add sugar.In another cup,take little milk and mix Custard powder.Mix well and add into the boiled milk.
- Custard should not be thick rather light but not too light like water.
- Boil vermicelli
- Take a bowl.Add water and basil seeds for atleast 1hr.
- Take a long glass and apply rooh afza on it's sides.
- Now put basil seeds on the bottom of the glass and then add Vermicelli.
- Slowly pour custard mixture on it.Add fruits and then dryfruits to it.
- Keep it in fridge.
- While serving,put 2 scoops of ice-cream on it.
- Garnish with rooh afza and dry fruits.
