- Add the sauces and stir occasionally for one minute all on medium flame
- Add the cornflour water in the pan with sugar salt & vinegar mix well & cook till the sauce gets thick.
- Now divide it in two equal parts
- To proceed: just before serving, place one portion of the crispy noodles on plate & topping of choupsuey evenly over it. If u are non veg eating person garnish with half fried egg
