- Spread some tomato paste wit a drizzle of olive oil and bake it lower rack at 200C for 20 to 25 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the fish,covering the top with aluminum foil loosely if the top burn too quickly. adding some dried cranberry at the last 5 minutes
