To make strawberry shortcake, all you have to do is toss sliced fresh strawberries in sugar, and let them set for a bit to macerate. - Cut an 18 cm circle of parchment paper to line the cake pan.
- Sift the flour.
- Melt the butter in a double boiler.

- Add the sugar to the heavy cream and beat over ice water. When it becomes like thick whipped cream, add the kirschwasser and it's done.

- Dust the non wet powdered sugar over the strawberries and it's done!
