- Make ready 1 tomato deseeded and cubed
- Take Water as required
- Get 3 tbsp oil
- Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Combine the cubed chicken with the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, garam masala, and paprika and stir until well-coated. - Soak cashews in warm water for 30 minutes. Discard the water
- Grind cashews and tomatoes to form smooth puree
- Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and splutter cumin seeds
- Add onions and saute until Brown
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma goes away
- Add all spice powders except garam masala to the pan and mix well
- Add salt and puree. Saute until oil starts leaving the sides
- Cut chicken tikka in smaller pieces. Add tikka to the pan and mix well
- Add water and bring to boil
- Add cubed onions and cook for 4 minutes
- Add cubed capsicum and tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes
- Add coriander leaves, lemon juice, garam masala and cream. Mix well. Cook for few seconds. Switch off
- Serve hot with roti or naan
