  3. Top with remaining yukon potatoes and flour. Pour milk over all ingredients. Cover. Bake 50 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until top is golden brown and cheese is melted.

In a microwave, melt the remaining butter. Stir in the crackers, parsley and garlic powder. Baking a potato in the oven does require a little more time than zapping it in the microwave, but it's mostly hands-off time.
