Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Mix in garlic/ginger paste, and season with coriander, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and chili powder. - Make quorma Masala first by grinding black and green cardamom, cumin and 3 to 4 cloves

- Now fry chicken in same oil,oil should be hot,add cinnamon stick and 2 cloves for aroma
- Cook chicken till light brown
- Add smooth blended yogurt and cook till yogurt remains 1/3 rd,takes 15 to 20 minutes
- Now add garlic paste,salt and red chilli powder,cook few minute's
- Now add onion paste and mix well
- Finally quorma Masada,cook few minutes and add 2 to 3 cups water
- Let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes
- Dish out and serve with Naan and salad
