If you want a cheesy sauce stir through a few tablespoons of crushed nutritional yeast at the final stage or use a bay leaf or a little mustard to improve the flavour. - Add water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add chicken breasts and simmer for 10 minutes on make sure the water covers the Chicken breasts. Or steam cook the chicken. When cooked take out drain and shred between two forks.
- In a bowl combine Chicken Cumin, Cheese, Chillies chopped, salt n pepper and white sauce. Give it a good mix then warm tortillas for a few secounds so they are more flexible.
- Place 1/4 of the chicken mix in the centre of each tortilla. Fold the two sidez towards the middle.
- Next fold the bottom and top over towards the middle so as its closed the chicken mix in. Then roll over to make chimmychanger.
- Add the chimmychangers to a baking dish or add parchment paper first save any sticking.
- Brush with butter and bake for 10-12. Enjoy with some salsa.and tortilla chips.
- Serve with salsa and a few jalepenos on top.
