- Put water at a room temp in a large bowl. Drain bhalle and drop into the water and soak 30 min.
- In another bowl take yogurt add 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp sugar mix well.
- Squeeze out excess water from the bhalle. place 2 squeezed bhalle on the serving plate and pour in 3 tbsp whisked curd mixture
- Also add in green chutney and tamarind chutney. sprinkle pinch of chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and black salt and serve dahi bhalle
