- Make slight cuts in boiled eggs. Fry these eggs in little oil with turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Slice the onions and fry it till golden brown.
- Take a pan and heat some oil. Then add cinnamon, cardamom and cumin seeds. Then add the onions. After a few minutes add ginger-garlic paste.
- Now add tomatoes and cook. Next add all the spices and cook for 7-8 minutes. Then put Biryani masala. Cook for another 1-2 minute.
- Add cooked Basmati Rice. Keep it for 2 minutes. Lastly add boiled eggs. Garnish the biryani with fried onions and coriander leaves. You can also garnish it with tomato and onion slices.
- Serve it with chutney.
